Capturing your next business event with professional photography is not only a great way to remember all the details but also a clever promotional tool.   • Up to 100 images from the event

  • 1 - 3 GIF videos great for social media and marketing

Top tips when hiring an event photographer

ARRIVAL TIME - Have your photographer arrive at least 30mins before the event to capture the details in the space, the food setup, shots of the host and also of guests arriving. This is actually where you will get most of your content, before everything is pulled apart by guests.

DON’T FORGET TO SMILE - If you are giving a speech or have guest speakers don’t forget to pause and smile between talking. This will allow your photographer to get a few more flattering shots of any speakers without an open mouth.

SHARING IS CARING - Don’t forget to advertise to your guests there will be a photographer and always share the final photos with them after the event along with instagram handles and/or hashtags. Encouraging guests to share the photos after the event is great exposure for everyone involved and sets you up for future events.

COLLABORATE - Use having a professional photographer at your event a draw card for collaboration partners. It’s a great way to reduce event costs by offering venue, food, beverage, hair and makeup vendors access to the photos after the event for their own marketing and also great cross promotion when sharing on social media.
